  • Jadon Sancho remains exiled from the Manchester United first team
  • Sancho has refused to apologise to Erik ten Hag for calling him out
  • Pundit Dean Saunders has labelled the winger as “annoying.”

Jadon Sancho is getting more football personalities against him over his refusal to apologise to Erik ten Hag over their public spat, which has left him out of the first team.

Ten Hag dropped Sancho from the squad that lost 3-1 to Arsenal in September, citing poor training ethics as the reason for the English star’s omission.

The player responded with a public statement to reject his manager’s claims, which led to his immediate suspension until he issued an apology despite deleting the post.

The former Borussia Dortmund winger has stood his ground and has yet to issue any apology, which many have seen as an arrogant and career-threatening move.

Saunders slams “annoying” Sancho

United will travel to Anfield on Sunday to face Liverpool with a depleted squad due to injuries, which raised concern for former Reds forward and English pundit Dean Saunders that another player is missing due to disciplinary reasons.

Speaking to talkSPORT via Sportskeeda, the 59-year-old labelled Sancho as annoying and asked that he put an end to the whole drama already.

“I’m getting annoyed with him! If that was Sir Alex Ferguson, you’d never be seen again! All he’s got to do is apologise,” he said.

Per Guardian, his refusal will get him out of Manchester United as early as January, with Juventus and former club Dortmund said to be interested.

Sancho spotted watching U18 game

Sports Brief previously reported that Jadon Sancho was spotted watching a U18 game after he was excluded from the first team group over his failure to apologise to manager Erik ten Hag.

The English winger has been training with the youth team since returning from the international break and appears to be enjoying himself watching his new "teammates".

Fernandes to miss Liverpool clash

Sports Brief reported on Fernandes’ suspension for Liverpool clash at Anfield after picking up a needless yellow card in United’s 3-0 loss to Bournemouth at Old Trafford.

Fernandes, on four yellow cards, was booked for dissent towards the referee after Marcus Rashford was fouled, picking up his fifth booking of the season.
