A former Chelsea Football Club midfielder, Craig Burley, has urged Manchester United to sign Nigerian international Victor Boniface.
The 22-year-old is in incredible form, having scored 14 goals in 20 matches for Bayer Leverkusen in all competitions so far this season.
He recently won his fourth consecutive Rookie Player of the Month Award in the current campaign.
As Manchester United continue to struggle in front of goal this season, Burley believes Boniface could help the Red Devils solve the problem of the attack.
The Old Trafford outfit signed Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta in the summer, but the Danish international has yet to hit the ground running since he arrived.

FootballEx-Chelsea star Burley suggested to United to consider signing Boniface. He told ESPN FC Extra Time:
"I think they need to bring in somebody to take some weight off Rasmus Hojlund because Martial is a waste of space. I don’t know if they’d be looking at someone like Boniface from Leverkusen. But we are talking about the summer here."
Meanwhile, Erik ten Hag broke silence following Manchester United's 3-0 loss to Bournemouth in the Premier League.
United were hoping to build on their 2-1 win over rivals Chelsea when they hosted the Cherries at Old Trafford on Saturday, December 9.
Speaking in his post-match briefing, the Dutchman expressed his disappointment with his side's performance, claiming he was hoping for a positive result.
Sports Brief earlier reported that Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface was on target in Bayer Leverkusen's 1-1 draw against Borussia Dortmund.
