Kudus has netted six goals across all competitions, with three of those coming in the English top flight.
The Right to Dream Academy graduate netted the only goal as West Ham United shared the spoils with Crystal Palace last Sunday.
Ahead of the game against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night, the ex-Man United manager hopes Kudus continues his run of form.
"Mo has started great for us. He’s had an impact with his goals and assists, and I think his all-round play has been good. It will also improve as he gets more used to the Premier League and the intensity of the games. I’ve been hugely impressed [by] how well he’s done," Moyes told West Ham TV.
The Hammers' manager admitted that Kudus had started better than he had expected.
"We eased him in during the first couple of games but since then we’ve found that he was scoring or making goals for us. Now he's starting and doing much of the same, and we hope that continues."
Kudus is expected to start against their London rivals as West Ham eye a positive result at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
