Ten Hag urges Man Utd to prepare for test from 'mad' Everton

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola and Liverpool legend-turned-pundit, Jamie Carragher recently treated neutrals to an interesting public spat.
It all started after Carragher, alongside fellow pundits Gary Neville and Micah Richards, analysed City’s slight slip in the title race.
The Citizens fell three points behind Arsenal after a 3-3 draw against Tottenham Hotspur, with the pundits accusing the champions of complacency this season.
During his press conference in the build-up to City’s game against Aston Villa, an untamed Guardiola went on a six-minute tirade as he targeted all three pundits with different jibes.
"He knows how difficult it is. Gary Neville would've won four [consecutive] Premier League titles in the best period of Manchester United... But he didn't do it, you know?" Guardiola said, as quoted by Football London.

Football"Jamie Carragher didn't win one once. Micah Richards didn't win four Premier Leagues in a row. Never, ever. It's never happened. There is more chance of it not happening than happening."
In a refreshing rant, Guardiola put away the mind games during the presser as he boldly declared Man City would win a fourth title in a row.
Following Guardiola’s six-minute monologue, Carragher - who enjoys a decent following on social media - showed he would never take the comments lying down.
On social media platform X, formerly Twitter, the Liverpool legend referenced the breach of financial regulations charges facing the defending champions.
"I think I'd have probably won one if Liverpool were owned by a nation state, and pushed the rules so far that the PL charged us 115 times!"
His post has since garnered over 28,000 likes, while Guardiola’s comments have made headlines all over the footballing world.

Sports Brief also previously reported on Jose Mourinho's interesting prediction of Mikel Arteta’s success at Arsenal.
This happened in 2020, when the Portuguese tactician's Tottenham beat the Gunners 2-0 in the North London derby.
Speaking after the game, Mourinho praised his side for the win, but his comments were primarily centred on Arteta.
