The Manchester United legend wants to give his target a £4 million valued apartment in the plush Porsche Design Tower in Miami City - where Barcelona star Lionel Messi has a pad that spans an entire floor.
According to SunSport, Beckham also has another plan to gift him a mansion in Sunny Isles Beach, where the jet-set lives.
The publication reveals that the Porsche Design Tower is a 60-story building that faces the sea in Sunny Isles Beach.
Messi's property has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and also a sea view and Giroud might be given something similar.
Other superstars living in the mansion are Mexican billionaire Carlos Peralta Quintero and rapper Birdman.
Giroud could be considered surplus to requirement at Stamford Bridge as Frank Lampard will prefer player Tammy Abraham ahead of him despite his wealth of experience.
Meanwhile, Inter Miami might have to contend with Premier League teams Tottenham and West Ham for the signature of the striker.
