- Bayindir joined the Red Devils from Fenerbahce for £4.3m on a four-year contract
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has responded to calls to replace Andre Onana with Altay Bayindir following the Cameroonian's blunders vs Galatasaray.
Onana once again found himself in trouble with fans on Wednesday night as United drew 3-3 with the Turkish giants in the Champions League.
The Red Devils looked in control of the tie when they took a 2-0 lead after just 18 minutes through Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes, only for Hakim Ziyech to make it 2-1 in the 29th minute.
Scott McTominaye restored United's two-goal advantage in the 55th minute but saw that cancelled out by Ziyech and Muhammed Kerem Aktürkoğlu.
Onana's performance in the match earned him criticism from a section of fans, with many calling for his dropping in favour of Bayindir.

However, ten Hag has hinted he is in no hurry to throw Bayindir into the team despite Onana's glaring struggles.
The Dutchman made the confession after United's disappointing draw with Galatasaray at RAMS Park.
"He has to be patient, but if he works well, if he keeps his progress, he will get his chances and then he has to take this," he said via Metro UK.
Bayindir joined United in the summer from Turkish side Fenerbahce for £4.3m.
According to BBC, the 25-year-old, who has been capped five times by Turkey, penned a four-year contract at Old Trafford.
What Guardiola said about Onana

The Cameroon international has been in the news for the wrong reasons recently, as he continues to struggle between the sticks for Manchester United.
