According to Sky Sports, Alejandro Garnacho netted a stunning overhead kick to hand United the lead inside three minutes of action.

Marcus Rashford went on to double his side's lead from the penalty spot before Anthony Martial sealed the win with a fine finish.

The victory sent the Manchester club to sixth in the Premier League standings with 24 points, six points off top-placed Arsenal.

Man United sets EPL record

Sportbible reports that United's 3-0 win over the Toffees saw them become the first team to keep 500 clean sheets in Premier League history.

However, they could not have achieved this feat without the help of Onana, who did more than enough to keep the hosts at bay.

The Cameroonian pulled off some important saves to deny Everton a chance at goal.

This was his fifth Premier League clean sheet, the most by any goalkeeper in the division.

Onana appears to be settling in at Old Trafford after a difficult start to life at the Manchester club.

The 27-year-old joined the Red Devils in the summer from Inter Milan to replace David de Gea, who departed the club at the end of last season.
