This trend persisted in Sunday's qualifier against Iceland, where Portugal secured a 2-0 victory to conclude their campaign, BBC reports.

Despite a relatively quiet performance without scoring, the Al-Nassr superstar remained a sought-after player for obvious reasons. However, when an Iceland player approached the Portuguese phenom for his shirt, Ronaldo politely declined.

Instead, he revealed that he had already given away his shirt to another opponent by opening his jacket, showcasing the gesture.

Ronaldo's graceful act didn't escape the watchful eyes of social media users, who noted and appreciated the veteran forward's display of humility.

According to talkSPORT, the former Real Madrid ace had to borrow his teammate's jacket because he was left feeling rather cold after giving out his jersey.
