Ronaldo is enjoying his first full season in the Saudi Pro League, while Haaland, Mbappe, and Kane have continued where they left off at the end of last season.

The Portuguese captain being among those three is a testament to his brilliance and longevity. He is 38 and showing no signs of slowing down. So, how does their 2023 stats compare? Sports Brief takes a look:

Kylian Mbappe - PSG

Mbappe's summer was surrounded by a contract dispute with the club that was briefly solved. The Frenchman has a strong case for the best player in the world.

He bagged a hat-trick against Reims on November 11, to take his Ligue 1 tally to 13 in 11 games. With two goals in the Champions League, he has a total of 15 this season.

In the second half of the 2022/23 season, he bagged 21 goals for Paris Saint-Germain in all competitions. With seven goals for France this year, he has 43 in 2023.

Cristiano Ronaldo - Al-Nassr

The ex-Real Madrid, Manchester United and Juventus superstar is enjoying his time in the Middle East. Since joining Al-Nassr earlier this year, he has proven to many people that age is just a number.

He is the current top scorer in the Saudi Pro League (SPL) with 13 goals in 12 games. He also has three goals in 3 AFC Champions League so far this season.

Ronaldo made his debut for Al-Nassr in January and scored 14 goals in 16 games.

Before the current season started, the five-time Ballon d'Or scored six goals to help Al-Nassr win the Arab Club Champions Cup. He won the Golden Boot in the competition.

Furthermore, he has scored nine goals for Portugal this year, giving him a tally of 45.

Harry Kane - Bayern Munich

Since leaving Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, Kane has been sensational in Germany. He has shattered several Bundesliga and Bayern records this season. After 11 games, he has scored 17 goals in the German league, along with four in four Champions League games.

He scored 18 goals for Tottenham Hotspur in the second half of last season and also bagged eight goals for England this year, meaning he has 47 goals this year. He will surely score over 60 at this rate.

Erling Haaland - Manchester City

The Norwegian took the Premier League by storm last season after joining from Borussia Dortmund. He broke several Premier League records, and he is on track to repeat that this season.

The Man City striker has 17 goals in 18 games this season for Pep Guardiola's side in all competitions.

He scored 21 goals in the second half of the 2022/23 season to help Man City win the treble. He also scored six goals for Norway in 2023.

He is the outright top scorer in 2023, with 48 goals so far.
