Just a month after a horrific leg injury, the TS Galaxy veteran is on his feet, exercising and maintaining his fitness for a heroic return.

The Rockets' attacker posted an update on Instagram, showing the progress he is making in his recovery from injury.

Parker was severely hurt by Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder, Bongani Zungu in TS Galaxy's first-round Carling Knockout Cup defeat of Masandawana.

At 37, many expected the injury to send Parker into early retirement but the weight-lifting, band-stretching, and perfectly balanced goal-scorer has other plans.
