Mauricio Pochettino waded into the Video Assistant Referee(VAR) debate minutes after overseeing one of the craziest Premier League games in history.
Pochettino's return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to face his old club for the first time was marked by a series of VAR decisions before the Blues beat their city rivals 4-1.
The game, which lasted a whopping 111 minutes, had two red cards and five disallowed goals. In a separate report, Sports Brief has elucidated every decision VAR took in the heated clash on November 6.
The VAR drama is the latest in a long line of controversial calls in a season that has only had 11 rounds so far. Luis Diaz's disallowed goal vs Tottenham in September remains one of the most brazen errors of the technology.

FootballOn November 4, Arsenal bore the brunt as Anthony Gordon's goal for Newcastle survived a triple VAR check to separate the two sides. The Gunners Head Coach Mikel Arteta was left fuming after the incident.
"It's a disgrace. It's embarrassing. That's how I feel and that's how everybody feels in that dressing room. It's embarrassing. I'm sorry, embarrassing," said the Spaniard to Sky Sports.
Pochettino appeared to fire back at the VAR criticisms after watching his side benefit from a couple of calls, including the Cole Palmer penalty after Christian Romero had been sent off.
"Many coaches wanted the VAR, but when it is against you, you start saying it is a disgrace. It is difficult. And I am not talking about Arteta," he said, as quoted by Beanyman Sports.
Arsenal released a statement backing Arteta for what they termed 'unacceptable refereeing.'

FootballSports Brief has also reported that former Premier League referee Dermot Gallagher has lifted the lid on why the VAR allowed the goal to stand.
"The whole of the ball has to be over the whole of the line. You can look at it from that angle, and it is impossible to tell," he told the league's website.
