The two London giants locked horns in an epic derby on Monday night, with the Blues ending Spurs' impressive run in the league.
Tottenham headed into the clash with the hope of securing a positive result to return to the summit of the standings, as Chelsea sought to use the tie to get their campaign back on track after a mixed run of results.
The Mirror reports that it was the west Londoners who eventually left the pitch smiling after a thrilling derby that had everything.
The derby lived up to its billing, keeping fans glued to their screens with five goals scored, five others disallowed, two red cards shown, and VAR checks galore.
A total of nine cards were dished out, with Spurs picking up two red cards that saw Christian Romero and Iyenoma Destiny Udogie sent off.

The Guardian reports that Spurs opened the scoring inside six minutes of action through Dejan Kulusevski before Chelsea equalised courtesy of Cole Palmer from the penalty spot.
However, in between, four goals scored by both sides were disallowed by the VAR, with Son Heung-Min initially having his - which could have doubled Spurs' lead - chalked off.
Raheem Sterling, Moises Caicedo, and Nicolas Jackson all had their efforts ruled out as well before the latter's hat-trick sealed the win for Mauricio Pochettino's side.
