Per The Athletic, Spurs received two red cards, including a straight one for Cristian Romero for a reckless tackle on compatriot Enzo Fernandez. The home team also suffered two injuries, one to James Maddison.

Though he delivered a poor performance, Spurs' defiance to keep the Highline despite being two men down helped Jackson score his first hat-trick for the Blues.

Jackson hits Ronaldo's 'siuuu'

The Senegalese striker completed his hattrick after breaking through on goal from a long ball from Cole Palmer, freed him one-on-one with Guglielmo Vicario.

He had the option of passing to Mykhailo Mudryk but rounded the goalkeeper and slotted into an empty net to complete his hat-trick and hit Cristiano Ronaldo's siuuu.

Per TNT Sports, he also hit Marcus Rashford's celebration of pointing to the head, Jackson really enjoyed that one.

The Ukrainian winger appeared displeased with his teammate for not passing the ball to him, but he can't blame the former Villarreal striker, who was after his hat trick.

Jackson rejects Drogba's comparisons

Sports Brief reported that Jackson rejected comparisons to Didier Drogba, admitting that he is yet to write his Chelsea story and that the Ivorian striker is a legend.

The 22-year-old is still settling into life at Stamford Bridge, but fans have likened some elements of his game to that of the two-time African footballer of the year, which he feels is too early.
