Carlo Ancelotti has expressed uncertainty about Jude Bellingham's status after Real Madrid played to a goalless draw at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu against Rayo Vallecano.

Despite their best efforts, Los Blancos were unable to break through the opposition defence, resulting in the Red Sashes earning their first La Liga point at the stadium since 2000.

The draw saw Real Madrid remain in second position in the Spanish top flight, with Girona maintaining their two-point advantage, per Marca.

The White Angels also maintained a two-point lead over Barcelona, who secured a somewhat fortunate win over Real Sociedad on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Ancelotti expressed his frustration at drawing against Rayo Vallecano after the full-time whistle. He also expressed uncertainty about his star player.

"Bellingham has a problem with his shoulder. He will undergo medical tests tomorrow. I hope he can play on Wednesday against Braga," he said in the post-match interview, per Football Espana.

Bellingham, known for his critical late-game interventions for Real Madrid, was unable to replicate his heroics from the previous weekend when he netted a double against Barcelona in El Clasico.

What's next for Real Madrid?

Meanwhile, Marca reported that Real Madrid's upcoming schedule includes a crucial UEFA Champions League home match against Portuguese giants, Sporting Braga.

A victory in this fixture would see Los Blancos reach the last 16 with two games remaining. Thereafter, they take on Valencia in a home league game on November 11.

Real Madrid, Rayo Vallecano share the spoils

Sports Brief previously reported on Real Madrid dropping points in La Liga, failing to build on their El Clasico win after a 0-0 derby draw against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.

Los Blancos spurned several chances to produce the winning goal despite driving the Red Sashes back throughout their league encounter at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
