Everyone would love to get Kylian Mbappe’s signature.
The Paris Saint-Germain striker is hugely popular, especially in his home country of France, and many line up to get his photo or autograph whenever they see him.
One lucky fan at the Ballon d’Or ceremony not only got his signature but appeared to have his dress shirt signed by the striker.
The French captain arrived at the ceremony in France to much fanfare and immediately had fans asking for photographs.
Instead, he grabbed a permanent marker from a fan and proceeded to sign his shirt. Mbappe then continued down the red carpet, stopping to pose for the photographers.
Mbappe's time at Ballon d'Or
While the fan had a moment he would never forget, the same could not be said for Mbappe during the rest of the evening.
The French striker failed to win any trophies, finishing second behind Erling Haaland for the Gerd Muller award and third in the official Ballon d'Or rankings.
Mbappe was beaten to the big prize by Haaland and then by winner, Lionel Messi, Eurosport reported.

Sports Brief also reported that following the presentation of the 2023 Ballon d'Or award to former PSG teammate Messi, France forward, Mbappe conveyed a warm congratulatory message.
Despite their joint success in leading PSG to a Ligue 1 victory last season, the ex-Barcelona star emerged as the recipient, triumphing over Mbappe due to his FIFA World Cup win in 2022.

It was his displays in Qatar, when he dragged his country to a victory, that crowned his remarkable career and allowed Messi to claim the top trophy.
