Kylian Mbappe: PSG Planning on Signing France Superstar to One Year Deal
FootballReal Madrid Warned Signing Kylian Mbappe Could Hamper Club’s Progress
- Real Madrid have been warned not to sign Kylian Mbappe
- The Paris Saint-Germain striker has been a key target for Los Blancos
- Mbappe’s contract with PSG is set to expire in 2024
Real Madrid have been warned that signing Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe could be bad for the team rather than the expected progress they intend to achieve with his arrival.
President Florentino Perez has long been a huge admirer of the 24-year-old superstar, who in 2021 snubbed a move to the Spanish giants despite having made a verbal agreement to join them.
According to PSG Talk, Spanish journalist Aitor Bris believes Mbappe could disrupt the Real Madrid locker room next season due to his big ego and advised the club not to sign him.
“Real Madrid is a family, and that is something undeniable, given everything that is happening at the start of the season. Putting a time bomb in the dressing room is not the most ideal, and even more so, given how good the club is. They should, therefore, leave Mbappé behind because this team can aspire to anything with Bellingham and company.”
Mbappe will be available to join Real Madrid as a free agent next season if he declines to extend his contract with PSG, which is set to expire at the end of the season.
Mbappe accused of lacking class
Meanwhile, Brest manager Eric Roy has hit out at Kylian Mbappe, claiming the Paris Saint-Germain forward lacked class for his obscene gesture towards the Ligue 1 club’s supporters, GOAL reports.
The 24-year-old forward irked the Brest supporters after he made a nasty gesture towards them moments after he scored the winning goal for PSG in the enthralling 3-2 victory on Sunday, October 29.
Mbappe scored a brace for PSG, netting the winning goal in added time via a penalty following the decision of the referee to award a spot kick following a foul on Randal Kolo Muani.
Mbappe fires back at Brest supporters
