In the picture, Ronaldo is rocking a mullet, a haircut that was probably at its peak in the 1980s. The Portugal superstar is squatting in front of the famous Adidas Telstar football, introduced in the 1970 World Cup in Mexico. The ball was also used in the 1974 World Cup in Argentina.

The image also has Ronaldo wearing black boots and a jersey with huge collars. The photo was well received by fans when Al-Nassr posted it on their Twitter and Instagram pages. It got tens of thousands of likes and thousands of comments.

They did the same with Sadio Mane and Ronaldo's other teammates at Al-Nassr. Mane was shown rocking an afro hairstyle.

How has Ronaldo performed in 2023/24?

Ronaldo is having an incredible first full season with Al-Nassr. He has scored 14 goals in 13 appearances and won back-to-back Player of the Month awards for August and September, per Transfermarkt.

Moreover, he reached a new milestone this season. He is the highest scorer in Europe this year, ahead of Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.

He has scored 42 goals for club and country so far in 2023, and with many games to go before the end of the year, the 38-year-old is on track to break more records.

Infantino reacts to Ronaldo's golazo

Relatedly, Sports Brief reported that observing the AFC Champions League's fervent action, FIFA President Gianni Infantino enjoyed a captivating match at the Al-Awwal Park, where Al-Nassr secured a thrilling 4-3 victory over their Qatari adversaries in Group E.

Despite the intense emotions and Ronaldo's breathtaking goals, the FIFA boss appeared unperturbed, calmly observing the Portuguese star and his teammates celebrate amidst the roaring crowd.
