According to GOAL, the pitch invader managed to grab Mbappe in a bear hug before eventually being escorted off the pitch by onrushing match stewards.

The 24-year-old forward appeared unfazed by the incident with the pitch invader as he would go on to lead the victory for the Parisians, scoring the opening goal in the impressive 3-0 victory against the Italian side.

Over the last three seasons, Mbappe has scored 11 goals in 10 Champions League games for PSG at the Parc des Princes.

Mbappe inspires PSG to victory

Meanwhile, PSG defeated AC Milan 3-0 thanks to a magical moment from Mbappe and further goals from Randal Kolo Muani and Lee Kang-in, the Guardian reported.

The 24-year-old forward broke the deadlock with a beautiful low shot just before halftime, before Kolo Muani increased the lead in the second half following some excellent play from Ousmane Dembele, and Lee Kang-in added a third in the final minute.

With the win over AC Milan, PSG now lead Group F with six points from three games, two more than Borussia Dortmund, who won 1-0 at Newcastle United.

Mbappe breaks Henry’s UCL record

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Thierry Henry is regarded as one of the best strikers ever to play the game, but Mbappe is already shattering his fellow Frenchman’s records in the UEFA Champions League.

The 24-year-old forward bettered Henry’s impressive 11-year-old record as PSG defeated AC Milan 3-0 to revive their ambitions in Europe’s elite club competition.

Mbappe opened the scoring for PSG against Milan in the 32nd minute, with further goals from Randal Kolo Muani and Lee Kang-in propelling the Parisians to the top of Group F.
