The family of Senegalese winger, Sadio Mane, were at the Al-Awwal Park in Saudi Arabia to support the player during the Asian Champions League game between Al-Nassr and Al-Duhail.

The 31-year-old scored his first goal in the competition as the Saudi Pro League side edged their opponents 4-3 to maintain their hundred percent record in Group E.

In a video shared on social media, Mane's family were spotted jubilating as the ex-Liverpool star netted his side's second in the thrilling encounter.

Anderson Talisca gave the host the lead in the first half before Mane doubled the advantage after the break.

Veteran forward Cristiano Ronaldo extended the lead on the hour mark, but the visitors responded with two quick-fire goals to reduce the deficit. Ismail Mohamed and Almoez Ali scored for Al Duhail in the space of four minutes.

Ronaldo restored the two-goal lead with a fine volley with nine minutes remaining before Michael Olunga handed the host a late scare after scoring in the 85th minute, as reported by gulfnews.com.

Al-Nassr sit top of Group E after three games in the Asian Champions League.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Al-Nassr winger Sadio Mane has finally registered his name in the list of goal scorers in the Asian Champions League after netting in the victory over Al Duhail.

The Senegal forward gave his side a two-goal lead in the second-half before a dramatic finish led to a 4-3 win for the Saudi Pro League giants.

Cristiano Ronaldo added a brace to Anderson Talisca's strike despite the visitors giving Al Nassr a late scare in the thrilling encounter.

Sports Brief also reported that Senegalese forward, Sadio Mane joked as Al-Nassr celebrated Cristiano Ronaldo following his 40-goal achievement in 2023.

The Portuguese superstar returned from the international break to a lovely surprise from his teammates, who presented him with a cake to mark his latest milestone.

Ronaldo surpassed Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland with his goals for Portugal during the EURO 2024 qualifiers.
