Neymar Junior made his debut as a model by modelling for Kim Kardashian's new brand, SKIMS Mens, which will be launched on Thursday, October 26.
The Brazil football star recently sustained a long-term injury and will need months of rehabilitation to get back to full fitness. He is expected to return sometime in 2024.
Skims Mens will feature men's underwear, briefs and boxers, tanks and t-shirts in cotton, stretch and sports collections.
Neymar was not the only sports star selected to promote the brand. 2022 NFL Defensive Player of the Year Nick Bosa and NBA All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander from the Oklahoma Thunder were other sports stars chosen to promote the line.
SKIMS was founded by Kardashian and Grede in 2019 and now has a valuation of $4 billion, per WWD. Kardashian also owns Hims, a hair loss treatment brand.
Neymar gifts Kardashian son
While Neymar was still at PSG, Kim Kardashian travelled to Japan back in July to watch the Brazilian play.
Kim and her son Saint West were in the stands when Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr battled Neymar's Paris Saint-Germain in a pre-season friendly, which ended in an entertaining 0-0 draw.
They not only got to watch Ronaldo but also saw Neymar. Saint West donned Neymar's PSG jersey during the game and got a little surprise after the game.
Neymar gave Saint West his jersey after the game, and the 7-year-old could not hide his joy, via GOAL. Kardashian posted the video on her Instagram, and it went viral on other platforms, too.
