Jude Bellingham is having a season to remember for club and country as the 20-year-old has hugged the headlines for the right reasons this season since his mega move to Real Madrid in the summer.
The 20-year-old midfielder was again the star of the show for England as they dismantled former World Champions Italy 3-1, as he won a penalty and set up Marcus Rashford’s goal.
According to GOAL, former Italy coach Arrigo Sacchi has now hailed Bellingham as being world-class and confessed the Real Madrid star has the qualities to reach the heights of Lionel Messi.
“He was dominant. He is so strong. He does everything. He always plays for the team. Only Messi had impressed me so much at his age.
“Of course, Bellingham is different from Leo, but if he remains this humble, he can retrace his steps because Bellingham is world-class.”
