The Ligue 1 club, which made headlines with a flurry of unexpected departures since the appointment of Luis Enrique, has struggled since the beginning of the new season.
According to Fotmob, coach Luis Enrique, who seems to be sensing the increasing pressure, dedicated a significant portion of his pre-match interview ahead of the clash against Rennes to call for calm among the club's fans following their UEFA Champions League defeat by Newcastle United.
The Parisian club eventually returned to winning ways with a 3-1 away victory against a struggling Rennes side. Revelling in latest triumph, the club took to social media to applaud the outstanding skills of their captain, Marcos Aoás Corrêa, popularly referred to as Marquinhos.
