Senegal forward, Sadio Mane announced his return to the Al Nassr team with an assist as the Saudi Pro League giants take a first-half lead against Al Abha.
The 31-year-old missed the Asian Champions League game in midweek against Istikol due to fatigue.
However, coach Luis Castro started the former Liverpool star on Friday afternoon as the Knights of Najd chase a seventh straight win in the league.
In a video shared on social media, Mane delivered an inch-perfect cross to find Anderson Talisca as Al Nassr head into the break with a 2-1 lead.
Portuguese midfielder Octavio opened the scoring just three minutes into the match before Talisca doubled the advantage 25 minutes later.
However, the visitors pulled one back from the spot through Saad Abdellah Bguir.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Mane have come close to adding to Al Nassr's lead but Abha's defenders have been resolute in the first-half.
Mane has scored six goals in nine league games, providing two assists, as reported by Transfermarkt.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Portuguese manager Luis Castro has explained why Senegalese winger Sadio Mane was absent in Al-Nassr's 3-1 win over Istiqlol in the AFC Champions League on Monday, October 2.
The former Liverpool star has been a regular member of the Knights of Najd squad but missed the tie against the Tajikistan side.
The Saudi Pro League side came from a goal down to defeat the Lions 3-1 at the Al-Awwal Park.
