Al Nassr striker Sadio Mane once described the kind of woman he would love to take in as his beloved wife.
The Senegalese international has continued to make the headlines since moving to join Portuguese sensation Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia.
Mane is a practising Muslim and is occasionally seen making dua before the start of each match.
He keeps a low profile on social media and has rarely shared photos of his relatives or off-the-pitch activities despite having millions of followers on the internet.
However, Mane once disclosed that whoever he wanted to marry would not be on social media. The AFCON champion said via Tribuna:
"I've seen a lot of girls asking me why I am not married, but sorry you might be wasting your time.
"The woman I marry will not be on social networks (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) I want to marry a woman who respects God and prayers [prays] well."
Mane avoids alcohol
Due to his religious beliefs, Mane does not drink alcohol, and it was evident during his time at Bayern Munich when the players posed for their traditional Oktoberfest photoshoot by raising a pint of Paulaner beer.
The Senegal star who sat in the front row looked a little awkward, but he remained true to his religion without holding a glass.
