James became popular in Nigeria after her on-field incident with Super Falcons defender Michelle Alozie when the Three Lionesses faced Nigeria in the round of 16 of the Women's World Cup.

In a recent interview with Sky News, The Chelsea Women winger claims she wouldn't mind going on a date with Nigerian musician Burna Boy, according to Daily Post.

The 22-year-old said this while listing the three people she would go on a dinner date with.

Interviewer asked:

“Three people you would invite over for dinner?”

James answered:

“You [interviewer], Kevin Hart; he’s very funny. The third person would be probably a singer. I would probably say Burna Boy.”

Burna Boy is a Grammy-award-winning Nigerian singer who is very popular globally and is known for dropping a lot of hit songs.

The Nigerian singer recently released his new album 'I Told Them', which has continued to break records and make waves across the globe.

Why Burna Boy quit football

The Nigerian musician has since won a Grammy award and is one of the richest and most-known singers in his country, with his tracks being played in many places worldwide.

However, 31-year-old Burna Boy explained that he could have been a goalkeeper instead of a chart-topper.
