Sadio Mane's mother Satou Toure has spoken about her son joining Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.
The former Liverpool star joined the Knights of Najd from Bayern Munich in the summer after just one season with the German side.
The Senegalese winger has gone on to form a dynamic duo with Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo at the club.
During an interview on the program "Action with Walid", Toure claimed that her son made the best decision ever to move to Saudi Arabia, according to Dzair Sport.
"Praise be to God, we are very proud of Sadio and of our presence in Saudi Arabia. This is the best decision he has ever made in his life," she said.
"We are happy that God has facilitated Mane's path in this direction, towards this part of the world, and we pray for him to achieve with Al-Nassr all the victories here in Saudi Arabia."
She also went on to claim that her son wants to win titles with the Saudi Arabian side.
“Sadio wants to achieve titles with Al-Nassr and continue playing football in Saudi Arabia,” she added.
“I am happy to be next to him, as we are Muslims and we want to live in Islam, as the country is beautiful.
"The league is strong, and we preferred to sign with Al-Nassr over Al-Ahli."
Mane’s Mother Chants His Name Against Al-Ahli
Sports Brief earlier reported that Senegalese forward Sadio Mane was in action as Al-Nassr defeated Al-Ahli in the Saudi Pro League on Friday, September 22.
The Knights of Najd sealed all three points after defeating the Classy 4-3 at the Al-Awwal Park.
The former Liverpool winger's mother was spotted chanting her son's name alongside family members present at the stadium, as they celebrate Al-Nassr's win over Al-Ahli.
