Andre Onana has maintained that he has a very good relationship with Harry Maguire, weeks after he berated the defender during the pre-season.
The Cameroonian joined Manchester United in the summer to replace David de Gea, who departed the club at the end of last season.
According to Express UK, Onana made an early impression during United's pre-season clash against Borussia Dortmund when he was caught on camera calling out Maguire for a sloppy pass from the centre-half.
The goalkeeper earned admiration from a section of fans with his actions, with some hailing him as the answer to United's goalkeeping challenges.

Onana has now come out to clarify his relationship with Maguire following the incident, with the United shotstopper describing it as 'very good.'
The former Ajax ace made the revelation ahead of the Red Devils' Champions League cracker against Bayern Munich.
"Harry is a very good guy, I have a good relationship with him, I even spoke with him this morning before we took off for Munich," he said as quoted by Metro UK.
"What happened there, I already explained straight after the game," he added.
Meanwhile, Onana has endured his fair share of criticism in recent weeks, following his struggles between the sticks.
The Cameroonian has conceded eight goals in the last three Premier League outings with the Red Devils.
