September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and the Nigerian international is trying to get the word out about the disease.

Houston Chronicles reports that Alozie works part-time as a cancer research technician at the Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas.

She has continued to make the headlines after her inspiring performance for Nigeria at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

Alozie featured in all of Nigeria’s matches before they were knocked out by England Women in the Round of 16.

She shared some photos on her X handle, with the caption:

“September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month! Blessed is an understatement.”

And fans have continued to praise her efforts. One said:
