- Bayern Munich players were asked what their favourite television shows were
- Game of Thrones was the most popular answer, followed by Prison Break
- Bayern have made a perfect start to the season, winning all three games
Footballers kick a ball most of the time, but just like other humans, they get that they need some time to loosen up. Some relax by doing various leisure activities like watching television shows.
Recently, Bayern Munich players were asked to name their favourite television shows, and their responses were interesting.
Some of the Bayern players quizzed were Matthijs de Ligt, Alphonso Davies, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Kingsley Koman, Konrad Laimer, Serge Gnabry, Sven Ulreich, Manuel Neuer and manager Thomas Tuchel.
Most players named Game of Thrones, a fantasy television show depicting two powerful families, kings, queens, and knights fighting to sit atop the Iron Throne. The show garnered millions of fans across the world, and it is not surprising most Bayern players love the show.
Others picked Prison Break, Succession, Snowfall, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and La Casa de Papel. Some of these shows have a worldwide audience.
Kane helps Bayern with new milestone
After Bayern defeated Augsburg on the 27th of August, they accrued 4001 points in the Bundesliga. They are the first team in Germany to do so, with fierce rivals Borussia Dortmund 918 points behind. Bayern have played 1,978 matches.
In comparison, Manchester United have 2447 points, the most in the English league, per Transfermarkt.
Against Augsburg, Bayern's new striker also made some history. By scoring a brace, the former Tottenham Hotspur striker became only the third FC Bayern player to score three goals in his first two Bundesliga games. Gustav Jung (1967) and Adolfo Valencia (1993) are the only other players to achieve this feat.
Kane will be looking to win his first title with Bayern.
