Barcelona will again run a similar sponsorship campaign with Spotify, replacing the music streaming company's logo with that of one of the most well-known musicians in music history.

This time, Spotify has chosen the classic Rolling Stones logo to feature on the front of the Barcelona shirt, following the previous El Clasico appearance of Drake's owl logo and the subsequent decision to promote Rosalia's Motomami album.

According to Football Espana, Barcelona will don the special logo for the upcoming El Clasico match against arch-rivals Real Madrid in October.

The new Hackneys Diamonds album from Rolling Stones is set for global release on October 20, one week prior to the El Clasico, and the Catalan giants and Spotify want to capitalise on this.

Some final details are still pending before the arrangement is complete, with an official announcement set to follow from both Barcelona and Spotify.

Barcelona teenage duo in danger of leaving

Meanwhile, Barcelona youngsters Alejandro Balde and Lamine Yamal allegedly faced a real threat of leaving the club in the summer, according to Enric Masip, Joan Laporta's advisor at Barcelona, Barca Universal reports.

Balde had an incredible breakthrough season with Barcelona last year, and he has since cemented his position as the left-back starter.

With his great performances at the club and international levels despite just being 16 years old, Yamal has also emerged as the breakout star of the current campaign.

Barcelona coach praises Lamine Yamal

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Ivan Carrasco, who oversaw Lamine Yamal's development during his tenure with Barcelona's Cadet A team, has hailed the youngster as the best player he has ever coached.

The Spanish prodigy, who joined the Catalan giants at age 7, rose through the ranks at the Catalan club, benefiting from the guidance of several coaches, including Carrasco.

Yamal's incredible abilities, which ultimately earned him a call-up to the Spanish national team, have consistently earned him praise from all corners.
