Barcelona coach praises Lamine Yamal
Yamal joined Barcelona's development system at the age of just seven.
The Spanish prodigy rose through the ranks at the Catalan club, benefiting from the guidance of several coaches. Among these coaches was Ivan Carrasco, who oversaw Yamal's development during his tenure with the club's Cadet A team.
Clearly taken aback by the extraordinary talent exhibited by the young player, Carrasco remarked,
"Lamine is the best player I've ever coached. He's a natural talent", as quoted by Diario AS.
"He thinks of things and sees things that no one else does, including the coach."
As reported by BBC, Yamal became the youngest player to feature and score for the Spanish national team when he replaced injured Marco Asensio in the team's victory against Willy Sagnol's Georgia.
