  • Jude Bellingham boarded the wrong team bus after England's 1-1 draw against Ukraine
  • The Real Madrid star started the match for the Three Lions but failed to score for them
  • Bellingham has made a dream start at Real Madrid with five goals from four games so far

Jude Bellingham has gone viral not for his performances on the pitch but for boarding the wrong team bus after England drew 1-1 against Ukraine in the Euro 2024 qualifiers.

The Real Madrid youngster did not score in the match but it was Three Lions coach, Gareth Southgate who was criticised for misusing him during the contest.

It was a frustrating performance for Bellingham and England at the Tarczynski Arena in Poland. The 20-year-old was substituted with 25 minutes left in the game.

Afterwards, he was spotted walking in the parking lot where team buses are usually parked. The English wonder kid boarded a bus, but there was a slight problem - the bus was for the Ukrainian team, not England.

He climbed the stairs but was probably shell-shocked to see Ukraine players staring at him, per Centre Goals. The driver appeared to tell him to take a seat, but a member of the England squad told him he was on the wrong bus.

Bellingham had a smile as he walked away from the bus and hopefully, Real Madrid fans won't see him boarding the Barcelona team bus in the future.

Bellingham's dream start at Real Madrid

Real Madrid paid an initial €103 million to acquire Bellingham's services, making him their second most expensive signing in their history, behind only Eden Hazard. He is living up to the price stage.

In four La Liga games this season, the Englishman has scored five goals, including an incredible game-winner against Getafe in Los Blancos' last match before the international break.

By doing so, Bellingham became the first player since Cristiano Ronaldo to score five goals in his first five La Liga appearances, per Transfermarkt.

Taylor Swift gifts Bellingham Golden Boy boost

Sports Brief, in another report, highlighted on American music star, Taylor Swift influencing the 2023 Golden Boy award race in a curious way.

Fans of the singer have turned out massively to vote for Bellingham, who has usurped Alejandro Balde as the front-runner for the annual prize.

A plethora of outstanding football talents, including Bellingham, Jamal Musiala, and Barcelona's Balde, are competing for the award.
