The Borussia Dortmund midfielder, who made a historic move to the Santiago Bernabeu, has left a lasting impression and garnered a multitude of plaudits from his teammates.
Bellingham’s recent game-winning goal against Getafe not only secured the victory but also placed him in the elite company of former Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo, as he became the second player to score in his first four consecutive La Liga appearances.
This achievement prompted a flurry of reactions, including Captain Daniel Carvajal’s acknowledgement of Bellingham’s exceptional talent.
Carvajal hails Bellingham
In a recent interview with Spanish Outlet Diario AS, the Spanish defender, highlighting a few issues, spoke about the qualities of the young midfielder and his seamless adjustment into the Real Madrid fold.
“Bellingham? From the first moment, we saw that he knew what he was doing. He’s a very complete player.
He moves on both sides, he’s a finisher, he uses both legs. You give him the ball & he’s able to understand his teammates from a look. That is very important.”
Bellingham who has found the back net five times so far this season, also attracted plaudits from fellow new signing Brahim Diaz.
When asked about the ₤103 million man, the former AC Milan star said, as quoted by Madrid Universal:
