Former Bafana Bafana star, Steve Lekoelea has claimed that PSL side, Mamelodi Sundowns are at the level of the English Premier League.
The former Orlando Pirates star also predicted the Buccaneers and Masandwana would take on each other in the MTN8 final.
Both clubs head into the second leg of their respective semi-final matches after Sundowns played to a 1-1 draw with Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium at the weekend.
On the other hand, Pirates scored two second-half goals to come from behind to defeat Stellenbosch FC in Cape Town.
The second leg of the MTN8 is slated for September 23 and 24, with Lekeola believing Pirates and Sundowns will meet in the final.
He said via snl24:
