Bellingham inspires comeback win

Bellingham and his Real Madrid teammates finally made their long-awaited return to the iconic Santiago Bernabeu, having commenced the season with three consecutive away fixtures due to renovations at their home ground.

Unfortunately for Carlo Ancelotti and the Madrid faithful, Borja Mayoral, a former Real player, broke the deadlock for the visitors after just 11 minutes.

However, Ancelotti's tactical adjustments and well-timed substitutions paid off when summer signing Joselu scored the equalizer after halftime.

Getafe admirably held their own, resisting their esteemed opponents for a significant portion of the match.

Just as it appeared that Getafe might secure a well-deserved point, the 20-year-old struck.

The Englishman capitalized on a rebound, delivering a heart-wrenching blow to Getafe while electrifying the Santiago Bernabeu with his 95th-minute goal, BBC reports.

Here is the video:

With this goal against Getafe, Bellingham's season tally now stands at five goals in five matches. Moreover, the game marked his debut appearance at the hallowed home grounds of the White Angels.

Bellingham matches Ronaldo's record

His goal against Celta Vigo last week highlights his outstanding beginning to the La Liga season, mirroring an achievement previously reached by Cristiano Ronaldo.

Scoring four goals in just three games, he has equalled Ronaldo's record from 2009.

In a challenging match against Celta Vigo, managed by former Madrid coach Rafael Benitez, the young Englishman found the net from close range with just nine minutes left on the clock.

This crucial goal secured a hard-fought away victory for Madrid, marking their third consecutive win this season.

Bellingham recreates Zidane's iconic goal

Sports Brief also reported that while Bellingham has dazzled on the field, his recent training session with the Los Blancos, ahead of their match against Getafe, evoked memories of his football idol, Zinedine Zidane.

Pictures circulating on Twitter, now known as the X App, captured Bellingham flawlessly replicating Zidane's iconic volley from the 2002 Champions League final against Bayer Leverkusen, held at Hampden Park in Glasgow.
