Liverpool have made it clear that their star forward, Mohamed Salah, is not for sale after turning down a mega offer for the Egyptian forward from Saudi Arabia.
The 31-year-old forward, who recently extended his contract with the Reds, has emerged as a top transfer target for Saudi Pro League champions Al-Ittihad, who made a verbal offer to Liverpool.
According to GOAL, the bid made for Salah by the Saudi club, which was worth £100 million plus another £50m in add-ons, was immediately rejected by Liverpool.
The Egyptian forward remains contracted to Liverpool until 2025 after signing a new three-year deal last summer as the Reds made it clear that they remain determined to keep him at Anfield.
Salah, who joined the Reds from Italian side Roma in 2017, has started all three of Liverpool's games this season, although he has yet to open his goal account.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said that Salah is fully committed to the Anfield cause, and he restated the club's position that the player is not for sale on Friday, the BBC reported.
Salah has won the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup, Fifa Club World Cup, and UEFA Super Cup since joining the Anfield club in 2017 from Italian giants AS Roma.
Salah has also won or shared the Premier League Golden Boot three times in England and has been named the PFA Player of the Year twice in his career.
