A source disclosed that the club hierarchy is happy with the youngster, especially because he has grown to understand the culture of the team.

The source told Soccer Laduma via The South African:

“What I can tell you is that it’s a long-term deal. Just like that of Mduduzi Shabalala.
“They want to keep these youngsters in the team for a long time. They have grown up at the club and know the culture, it’s good to have such players in the team.
“It’s apparently a five-year deal that will see him remain at the club until 2028. They are happy with him and they want to make sure he stays on long.”

Since the departure of Njabulo Blom, the club management is making sure to keep some of their impressive stars.

Kaizer Chiefs ranked among top clubs

Sports Brief earlier reported that the biggest football clubs around the world have been ranked, with Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami placed quite low on the list.

Nigerian Professional Football League club Enyimba and PSL outfit Kaizer Chiefs are way ahead of the team which is captained by the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner.

Manchester City of England are ranked in the number one position, just ahead of Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich in second position, while La Liga giants Real Madrid are third.
