It seems Harry Kane has fully settled in Germany after he was spotted donning Lederhosen for the traditional photoshoot for the first time as a Bayern Munich player.
The England captain was spotted wearing traditional Bavarian attire and holding up beer for the Oktoberfest photoshoot with Bayern's partner, Paulaner.
Thomas Tuchel's charges, including Thomas Muller and Alphonso Davies, swapped their tracksuits and training gear for the local attire, which is traditionally worn during Munich's Oktoberfest.
The annual festival is set to start on September 16. Kane posed alongside Bayern teammates Davies and Muller with a pint of beer. A video posted on social media showed Muller teaching Kane how to eat a German sausage, per Eurosport.
It was all smiles for Kane, who is embracing the Bavarian culture weeks after completing a €100 million move from Tottenham Hotspur earlier this month.
Kane makes brilliant Bayern start
Kane has played just three games for Bayern this season and has already bagged three goals.
He scored a brace in his first league appearance at the Allianz Arena on Sunday to give the reigning Bundesliga champions a comfortable 3-1 victory over Augsburg.
After his double against Augsburg, he became the third Bayern player to score three goals in his first two Bundesliga games. Gustav Jung (1967) and Adolfo Valencia (1993) are the other Bayern players to achieve that feat.
Kane gets strict car rule
Sports Brief earlier reported on Kane and his fellow teammates being presented with the keys to their newly chosen Audi cars in Ingolstadt.
Bayern Munich players are expected to arrive at the Sabener Strasse training facility in their new Audis for matches and club-related engagements.
However, after an incident in April 2020 involving Kingsley Coman being fined a reported £43,500 after driving his McLaren to training rather than an Audi, Kane will need to toe the line.
