Borussia Dortmund is among the highly respected teams in the Bundesliga due to the calibre of quality players that have passed through the club recently.
The German side were losing finalists in the 2013 UEFA Champions League to Bayern Munich and have also been crowned Bundesliga champions once in the last ten years.
Several players such as Robert Lewandowski, Pierre-Emerich Aubameyang, Ilkay Gundogan and Ousmane Dembele came to the club as nobodies but left the club as superstars, All Football reports.
BVB have made huge profits in selling their superstars over the years, with Erling Haaland one of the German club’s biggest sales just last summer following his transfer to Manchester City.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Donyell Malen's second-half goal salvaged a point as Borussia Dortmund were held at local rivals Bochum 1-1 on Saturday.
Dortmund fell behind early, Bochum's Kevin Stoeger unleashing a rocket from the edge of the box to catch the visiting defence off guard.
Malen scored early in the second half, his third goal in his past three matches, to level the scores.
