Al Ahli maintained their hundred percent start to the Saudi Pro League season after Ivorian midfielder Franck Kessie scored late to secure victory against Al Akhdoud.
The former Barcelona player headed home from a sumptuous cross from Algerian winger Riyad Mahrez in the 96th minute as the Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium erupted in excitement.
It was Kessie's first goal for the club since joining in the summer transfer window while Mahrez continues to assist goals for his teammates.
In a video shared on social media, Mahrez took on his marker before brilliantly whipping the ball into the box with Kessie at the right place at the right time.

FootballAl Ahli have now won three games in three matches and sit top of the table alongside Al Ittihad.
"Three valuable points, it was a wonderful night.. Thank you, Ahly fans," wrote the Ivorian midfielder on Twitter.
The Royals started their season with a 3-1 win over Al Hazm, a game in which Roberto Firmino netted a hat-trick, before defeating Al Khaleej by the same scoreline in their second match.
Al Ahli will next face Al Tai as their quest to win the Saudi Pro League continues.
