Harry Kane netted his first Bayern Munich goal in the Bavarians’ 4-0 victory against Werder Bremen in his first Bundesliga game, prompting high praise from Lothar Matthaus.
Bayern Munich had struggled to replace Robert Lewandowski last season after the Poland forward joined Barcelona, as the Germans struggled to retain the Bundesliga title on the final day.

"FC Bayern missed this player last season. That’s why they had such big problems. Now they have a target player again who knows where the goal is. Above all, he leads the way."
Kane joined Bayern Munich for a whopping fee of €100million after leaving London club, Tottenham Hotspur, this summer.
