As noted by All Football, Carlos Puyol, David Villa, Pedro, Andres Iniesta, Xavi, Sergio Busquets and Gerard Pique all started the final against the Netherlands, which the Spanish side went on to win.
On the women’s side of things, there were 11 Barcelona Femeni players represented in the final, with two of them playing for the English.
On the Spanish side, Aitana Bonmati, Alexia Putellas, Irene Paredes, Laia Codina, Mariona Caldentey, Cata Coll, Salma Paralluelo, Ona Batlle, and Maria Perez were all part of the team, Barca Femenino reported.
