The highly productive Englishman departs from the North London club after an almost two-decade tenure, taking a significant stride toward fulfilling his aspiration of claiming accolades.

He has sealed a hefty £100 million deal with Bayern. Making his debut in the Germany Super Cup on Saturday, Kane had the chance to secure his first trophy just hours after joining his new team.

Unfortunately, they stumbled to a 3-0 defeat against RB Leipzig. It is likely that he will make his full debut for the Bavarians during the upcoming weekend, as the Bundesliga is set to commence, with Bayern facing Werder Bremen.

After missing out on the Super Cup victory, the 30-year-old expressed that his move to the Bundesliga champions was motivated by a desire to bolster his chances of triumphing in Europe's premier club competition.

He eagerly anticipates the opportunity to lift the coveted trophy at Wembley.

"I joined this club to have a good chance of winning the Champions League, but for it to be at Wembley is amazing," he said, as quoted by ESPN.

Kane's farewell message to Spurs

Kane sent Tottenham fans an emotional farewell message after sealing the move to Bayern Munich.

The Bundesliga giants forked out an eyewatering £100 million to land the services of the Tottenham all-time top scorer.

The star forward has now taken to social media to send Tottenham fans an emotional farewell message, with the Englishman admitting he is sad to be leaving.

Kane suffers Bayern debut defeat

Sports Brief also reported that Kane endured a losing debut with Bayern Munich on Saturday when his new team crashed to a 3-0 defeat to RB Leipzig in the German Super Cup, just hours after the England skipper sealed a move from Tottenham.

Dani Olmo was the star of the show, producing a virtuoso performance and scoring a hat-trick in Munich as Kane's dream of clinching his first major silverware was shattered.
