Fabinho was left stunned after an Al-Ittihad fan gifted him a Rolex watch, after an impressive display on his Saudi Pro League debut.
The former Liverpool midfielder excelled as his new team got off to a winning start by thrashing Al-Raed 3-0 on Monday night.
After the game, a supporter waited for the 31-year-old in the tunnel as the players left for their team bus, to surprise him with the present.
In a video which has since gone viral on social media, Fabinho looked surprised by the gesture as he showed gratitude to the fan.
Having joined the Saudi champions from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, the former Real Madrid player had to wait to make his debut in the league.
Despite starting the game brightly, Al-Ittihad had to wait for an hour to break the deadlock after Karim Benzema spotted Abderrazak Hamdallah in the 58th minute.
Igor Coronado scored twice in the space of four minutes as the league champions strolled to a comfortable win.
"A win on our debut [in the Saudi Pro League]. Great one, boys. Nice effort!" Fabinho wrote on Twitter after the game.

Sports Brief also reported on Sadio Mane scoring on debut for Al-Nassr, with the stand-in captain unable to steer his side to victory on their league opener.
The 31-year-old Senegalese star received a pass from Ali Al-Hassan from the right, before finding the back of the net in a display of precision and presence.
Neymar set to join Al-Hilal?
Meanwhile, as Sports Brief also reported, Neymar is reportedly near joining Al-Hilal in what would be another blockbuster move for Saudi Arabia.
