Bayern Munich's marquee signing of the summer transfer window, Harry Kane, was warmly welcomed as he arrived at the club's Sabener Strasse training grounds following his high-profile transfer.
The Bundesliga champions invested a staggering £100 million to secure the services of the all-time leading scorer at Tottenham.
Kane's record at Tottenham had him positioned just 47 goals away from potentially surpassing the Premier League's all-time goal-scoring record, per Al Jazeera.
Nonetheless, the 30-year-old, who successfully completed his medical evaluation late on Friday, had dedicated the majority of his professional journey to Spurs, having initially joined their youth academy at the age of 11.
His remarkable tally of 280 goals across over 430 appearances in various competitions stands as a club record. However, despite his impressive contributions, he never managed to secure a major trophy during his tenure.
With the addition of the Englishman to their ranks, Bayern has, at last, filled the void left by Robert Lewandowski, who departed for Barcelona in 2022 and secured a much-needed striker.

An endearing video making its rounds on the X app, previously known as Twitter, sighted by Sports Brief, depicts the instance when Kane dashed through a corridor of teammates forming an honour guard.
The scene was filled with cheers and friendly pats on the back as they gear up for Saturday evening's DFL Super Cup clash with RB Leipzig.
What Kane said after Bayern move?
“I am happy to be here,” Kane said in a club interview. “I think Bayern are one of the biggest clubs in the world. I want to keep improving and pushing myself to be the very best.”
