Barcelona have performed a sensational turnaround and have agreed to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar after previously turning down the opportunity this summer.
PSG had informed the 31-year-old forward that he is not in their plans this season after meeting with new manager Luis Enrique before the kick-off of the Ligue 1 season.
Neymar could make a dramatic return to the Catalan side after Barcelona reached a total agreement to sign their former player, who is expected to sign a 3-year deal at the La Liga club.
According to Football Transfers, Barcelona were waiting for the 16 percent buyout of Barca Studios by a German investment firm for €60mil to be completed to make funds available to wrap up the deal for the Brazilian.
Neymar has accepted a condition to lower his salary in order to make the move a reality as the 31-year-old is now expected to receive an annual salary of €13mil at the Spanish club.

Meanwhile, Neymar looks set to follow Lionel Messi out of Paris Saint-Germain after being told he is not in the plans of new manager Luis Enrique during crunch talks, Daily Star reports.
Manager Luis Enrique and sporting director Luis Campos have informed five players, including Neymar, that they are not part of the club's long-term plans.
Marco Verratti, Hugo Ekitike, Juan Bernat, and Renato Sanches were also told during talks that they are not needed as the Ligue 1 champions continue to restructure following their failure to win the UEFA Champions League.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Neymar appears to be on a quest to find an immediate solution for his future after PSG’s hierarchy informed the forward that he was not going to be a part of Luis Enrique’s plans this season.
