With the Premier League back in full swing this weekend, one of the most popular players in the Fantasy Premier League game, Mohammed Salah, recently took some time to reflect on the new season.
Salah has been the go-to player for many Fantasy Premier League players, as he has a knack for always delivering when it matters.
Thanks to his 19 goals and 12 assists last season, the Egyptian raked in a staggering 239 points, putting him among the top 10 best performers.
Salah’s Liverpool did not make it to the top four last season, but that has not deterred the former AS Roma winger, who is still looking forward to firing from all cylinders once the season kicks off.
Liverpool’s first assignment is a tricky fixture against Chelsea, and thousands of Fantasy players will put their faith in Salah to deliver some much-needed points for a good start to the campaign.
Salah reacts to his FPL price
Salah recently did an interview with the Premier League where he was asked whether he knew how much he is worth in the FPL.
The interviewer revealed to Salah that his price was 12.5 million, and the winger’s first reaction was, “Again?”
“That’s too expensive for people to buy me. But I know I have one of the most points every season so it’s fine,” he added.
Salah was also asked about the players that are must haves in his team, and he did not hesitate in mentioning himself, Alisson and either Trent Alexander Arnold or Andy Robertson.
