We could see a reignition of the epic battle with Man City once more.

3. Arsenal

Last season's runners-up have fortified their squad with over £200m spent on Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, and Jurrien Timber, as reported by Goal. They rode on the inconsistencies of Chelsea, Liverpool, and United last season but should be able to nick a third-place finish ahead of next season.
