EA Sports FC has officially announced the inclusion of the Saudi Pro League on EA Sports FC 24.
Saudi Arabia has emerged as a prominent player in world football, attracting some of the sport's finest talents in the past year.
The legendary Cristiano Ronaldo led the way by making a high-profile move from Manchester United to Al Nassr in December 2022.
Following Ronaldo's move, a star-studded stream of players followed suit, such as Karim Benzema from Real Madrid, N'Golo Kante from Chelsea, and Jordan Henderson, the captain of Liverpool, per The Guardian.
With many familiar faces relocating to the Middle Eastern country, fans were curious if the Saudi Pro League would be featured as a playable division on EA Sports FC 24.
EA Sports FC 2024 serves as the spiritual successor to the FIFA video game series, but it will undergo a name change due to the termination of the licensing agreement with the FIFA organization.
Similar to FIFA 23, EA FC 24 will still allow players to manage Saudi Pro League teams, such as Al-Hilal, Al Nassr, Al-Ahli, and Al-Ettifaq.
EA Sports said via Daily Star:
"EA FC is taking big steps to ensure that authenticity is essential to the football experience, which is why fans will have access to more than 19,000 athletes across 700 teams and 30 leagues, with the support of more than 300 global football partners."
The EA FC's official website proudly displays the logo of the Saudi Pro League, joining the ranks of other prominent leagues such as the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, and many more.

EA Sports introduces Ballon d'Or
Sports Brief earlier reported that EA Sports have continued to unveil more details about their new football simulator after ending their partnership with FIFA. The firm is set to launch a new football video game christened 'EA Sports FC 24'.
It will be the first game that the game won't bear the FIFA name after the companies decided to go their separate ways last year.
As a result, fans can expect new and improved features in the new game, which is most likely to be launched in September or early October. The official date and prices are yet to be unveiled, but speculation is rife that the timelines will be the same as when EA was partnering with FIFA.
