Pedri, Dembele Combo Catches Real Madrid Ball Watching As Barca Score in Preseason El Clasico

In Arlington, Texas, at the AT&T Stadium, the age-old rivalry between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona was reignited as both teams geared up for the pre-season preparations.

Madrid had been enjoying a successful pre-season run, while their El Clasico rivals experienced a bit of a mixed bag, securing a win and suffering a defeat in their two games so far.

Nonetheless, it was the Catalan giants who managed to break the deadlock, with Ousmane Dembele taking the spotlight.

Amidst ongoing transfer rumours linking him to PSG, Dembele found the net after a precise pass from Pedri set him up for the goal.

Madrid's defence seemed almost nonexistent, giving Dembele ample time to control the ball comfortably before calmly slotting it past Thibaut Courtois.

Before Dembele's goal, Barcelona's new summer signing, Oriol Romeu, came close to scoring as his effort rattled against the crossbar.
